Shipping policy

At NuvaMed, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and in the best possible condition. Because our product line includes both dry and liquid formulations, shipping timelines and handling procedures may vary depending on what you order.

Liquid (Compounded) Peptides

These products are temperature-sensitive and require special care during shipping:

  • Orders may take up to 72 hours to process before leaving our facility.
  • To ensure product quality, liquid peptides are shipped overnight with ice packs.
  • We ship these products Monday through Thursday only to avoid weekend transit delays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) on Thursday will ship the following Monday or the next available business day.

Please plan accordingly. Liquid peptides should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery to maintain potency and stability.

Dry (Lyophilized) Peptides

These are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration:

  • Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Orders ship Monday through Friday via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

General Shipping Notes

  • We’re not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier.
  • All packages are shipped discreetly.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues or returned shipments.

Weather and Delivery Timing

During periods of high heat, especially in summer months, it’s critical to retrieve your package as soon as it’s delivered—particularly for temperature-sensitive liquid products. While we include cold packs, these are meant to assist in transit, not long-term storage.
